Pear shape sapphire & pear shape diamond coctail dress ring, featuring a 1.12ct pear shape sapphire, a pair of pear shape diamonds with a collective weight of 0.44ct & small round brilliant cut diamonds, set up in a platiunum ring mount, designed & made in our London studio.
